Chief Financial Officer

Bill was named Chief Financial Officer of Inside Sales Solutions on December 1, 2019. He has also been providing services through the Florida CFO Group as a fractional CFO. Prior to joining ISS, he served as CFO of Gunther International, LTD, American Eagle Communities, LLC, and OptiCare Health Systems, Inc.

Mr. Blaskiewicz holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Florida, holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation from the AICPA and holds Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified Financial Manager (CFM) designations from the IMA.

Within her first twelve months, Lisetta achieved remarkable progressions, breaking company records for rapid advancement and earning the esteemed title of Senior Strategic Sales Consultant. Her outstanding performance was pivotal in securing key, long-term client accounts.

In 2021, Lisetta transitioned into the role of Training Development Executive, where she played a pivotal role in nurturing and developing new talent. Recognized as a top-performing SDR and adept at managing multiple campaigns concurrently, Lisetta’s leadership skills were further utilized in 2023 when she was appointed as Manager of a Business Development Representative (BDR) team. Under her guidance, the team flourished, solidifying their position as a formidable asset within the ISS family.

With over 25 years of experience spanning 4 countries, Ross brings a wealth of IT sales knowledge to Inside Sales Solutions (ISS). Ross is a driven, result-oriented sales professional with a focus on cementing rock-solid client relationships.

Ross began his journey with ISS in 2021 as an SDR, swiftly earning promotions to Team Lead and subsequently Manager of one of our BDR Teams. Leveraging his comprehensive understanding of the demands and requisites for success as a BDR, Ross has orchestrated a high-performing team, consistently achieving remarkable results. Alongside his managerial responsibilities, Ross has seamlessly transitioned into a Hybrid Role, encompassing team management, running his own BDR program, and overseeing the Campaign element of the program.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Ross finds solace in playing Golf (or as he humorously labels it, a “good walk spoilt”), passionately supporting Arsenal FC, and indulging in the creation of fragrant and delicious dishes from around the world.
