What You’ll Do: As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation, building relationships over the phone, and identifying new opportunities for our clients. Your day-to-day activities will include cold calling, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with decision-makers.
What We’re Looking For:

· Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate CRM systems
· Organized with excellent time management skills
· 1 year of phone sales or business development experience preferred

Inside Sales Solutions (isaless.com) is on the search for several Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our quickly growing company! We specialize in connecting international tech companies with the enterprise technologies needed to take their business to the next level. Whether hardware, software, or virtual solutions, we engage top decision-makers in tech conversations to position themselves at the forefront of their industry. With over ten years in this industry, Inside Sales Solutions has mastered the art of training and developing BDRs to find the growth, enrichment, and opportunities they crave all in a remote environment!
This role is perfect for someone who is ambitious, goal-driven, and personable and you don’t need a college degree. With entry-level positions and career development tracks, some people who would be well suited for this role would be:

As a Business Development Representative, you support a dedicated technology company by building its sales pipeline and creating quality sales leads. Energetic, motivated, and networking-focused individuals will succeed best in this role.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Acting as a seamless extension of the client’s sale team
- Attending sales meetings and building relationships with Sales Executives
- Driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
- Identifying decision-makers and highlighting new opportunities
- Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments
- Sourcing and prioritizing target account lists
- Updating and managing all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRMs
- Consistently achieving daily and monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
What we expect our BDRs to bring to the table:
- A motivated and positive personality with a self-starter attitude
- Permanent residency in one of the following states is required: FL, NJ, MA, PA, NC, SC, TX, GA, VA, OK, IA,WI, KS, MD, MI
- Organized with excellent time management skills
- Able to build rapport quickly and easily
- The ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- 1 year of sales or business development experience is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus- fluent in English and French, German, Portuguese, or Spanish

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- This is a remote position and will require a quiet/private work environment, with a secure internet connection, with constant use of a computer, headset, camera, mouse, keyboard, desk/table, electricity, and a comfortable chair.
- Frequent and repetitive movement of hands and arms is required as SDR will be constantly operating a computer and VoIP system and must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the day.
- The ability to be on the phone 80% of the day with a headset and camera to communicate with and able to convey information to prospects, clients, managers, and staff regarding campaigns. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Must be able to adhere to a structured schedule and be ready to perform any/all job duties by 8:30 am EST Monday-Friday. Completion of the Predictive Index and Cognitive Assessment.
