Founder and CEO
After a successful career spanning twelve years in the industry, Aidan founded Inside Sales Solutions to improve on the outcomes delivered by third-party lead generation partners to deliver return on client investment and help grow business.
His 20-year expertise in advanced selling strategies and constant drive to modernize the sales process using the latest productivity tools has helped clients such as HP, Cisco, and IBM stay ahead of the curve and dominate the complex business of sales and marketing.
Aidan credits the 100% growth year-over-year of Inside Sales Solutions to being customer-centric and always aligning the company goals with those of clients.
Chief Financial Officer
Bill was named Chief Financial Officer of Inside Sales Solutions on December 1, 2019. He has also been providing services through the Florida CFO Group as a fractional CFO. Prior to joining ISS, he served as CFO of Gunther International, LTD, American Eagle Communities, LLC, and OptiCare Health Systems, Inc.
Mr. Blaskiewicz holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Florida, holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation from the AICPA and holds Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified Financial Manager (CFM) designations from the IMA.
Vice President of Global Sales
Seth is a result driven strategic sales leader with over 18 years of experience in Inside Sales and Sales Development. He has helped build and manage many successful sales development programs for some of the world’s leading B2B technology providers and has served as a trusted advisor to numerous sales and marketing leaders looking to improve the results of their pipeline creation efforts.
Seth also possesses a wide range of expertise in multiple sales development strategies, sales processes, and has a deep understanding of all industry leading technology used throughout the sales development landscape. By combining best of breed tooling, processes, and training, he helps guide his clients towards more predictable, scalable, and consistent results.
VP of Marketing
Donna is a 15-year marketing monetization expert who marries compelling content and agile channel strategy to power the performance marketing engine.
A customer centric influencer, she is a trusted advisor who transforms mindsets and delivers substantial ROMI. Crafting an optimization engine that leverages growth strategy, digital business, relevant content and a synchronized customer journey allows Donna to interpret, learn and model so that remarketing strategy advances and anticipates user preference.
Donna holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Tampa and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Eckerd College.
Vice President of Operations
Sandra joined us after 14 years at a multi-state recruiting firm as the Chief Operating Officer, and is a solution driven change agent, who is proactive in incorporating innovative techniques that support our vision, strengthen internal processes, and facilitates the achievement of corporate objectives.
Supported with a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management and Development from New York University, Sandra is committed to helping us create a winning culture and top-performing teams.
Vice President of Campaign Results
With 14 years of IT sales experience in North American and European markets, Eamonn takes a high-touch approach in directing lead generation campaigns to maximize the client’s return on investment.
He is passionate about growing B2B tech companies by helping marketing teams increase their contribution to the pipeline and ensuring sales teams engage with the right decision-makers, at the right companies, at the right time, and for the right reasons.
Directing campaign operations in the St. Petersburg, FL office, he offers deep — and highly practical — thoughts on aligning sales, marketing, and their partners to generate more prospects and deliver unprecedented results.
Vice President of Campaign Results
Bringing nearly a decade of experience in developing global sales channels and managing direct sales campaigns, Joseph Perez is a dynamic executive driven by revenue growth for his clients. Responsible for campaign operations, he has helped some of the world’s largest global tech manufacturers generate consistent ROI through his consultative and practical approach.
Joseph’s inspiration comes from his wife and two sons who motivate him to make an impact — both personally and professionally — that is much bigger than himself. He earned his Bachelor’s at Stony Brook University after also attending NYU’s Stern School of Business.
With almost a quarter-of-a-century in corporate IT experience, Scott has been maintaining computer systems longer than most of his co-workers have been alive. Beginning his IT career in the late 90s at MCI, he has worked for corporations in a variety of IT roles on a global level.
Specializing in communications and system infrastructure, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to help push our company to the next level.
Director of Delivery
Skevah is a passionate, metric-driven sales professional who currently directs our New York City and Florida SDR divisions. Bringing just under a decade of sales experience, coupled with her educational background, she lends a unique contribution to our team.
Skevah is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to consistently maintain our top producing business units. Her creative and enthusiastic demeanor, combined with a proven success in cultivating and managing day-to-day operations, ensures that weekly sales and client ROI objectives are continually met.
Campaign Results Director
Ramon has spent his career focused on making his clients’ life as easy as possible, and he continues to do that at Inside Sales Solutions. He is a results-driven individual that continues to push the boundaries of client satisfaction and prides himself on being a forward-thinking problem solver.
Ramon has over 10 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales. His extensive understanding of the IT industry helps him to continually grow his clients’ business.
Senior Manager of Delivery
Chris is a Senior Manager of Sales Development who currently runs Business Unit 3 in our Florida office. He is a natural born sales leader with over 10 years of experience. Starting with the company as an SDR in late 2017, Chris transitioned through multiple promotions to further develop himself and his team along the way. His main objective is to ensure that the team’s productivity is on track and align with our clients target objectives.
Outside of the office Chris enjoys working out, riding his motorcycle, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Manager of Delivery
Michael began his career at ISS as part of the IT department, helping ensure that everything ran smoothly for the SDRs. After realizing he had a taste for sales, he requested to switch departments and jumped headfirst into the world of sales. It wasn’t long before he was promoted to management, starting with the Training Department as a Training Development Executive. Over the course of the next few months, he continued to climb the corporate ladder, and is now the Manager of Delivery for Business Unit 5.
Manager of Delivery
Russell is a sales professional with more than six years of experience. Starting in B2B sales, it took only one year to be promoted four levels to Manager of Delivery. Russell is an expert in managing change, and harnessing that change to solve complex business problems and build high-performing teams.
Manager of HR
Heather is an enthusiastic & multifaceted HR professional with more than five years of diverse human resources experience. Prior to joining ISS, Heather worked in the Federal Gov’t, Software, Legal, and Hospitality industries. Her areas of expertise include HR Administration, Onboarding, Recruiting, Benefits Administration, Events, and HRIS Reporting.
With her natural knack for the details, combined with strong drive and passion, Heather is dedicated to ensuring smoothly run HR operations, creating new and efficient policies & procedures, and exceeding our HR & Recruiting goals in order to add even more value to our collaborative and energetic organization.
A wearer of many hats, Heather is also a skilled baker, specializing in French pastries, classic cakes, and homestyle desserts. In her spare time, she enjoys the beach, cooking at home, and spending time with her pups.
Training and Onboarding Manager
With over 10 years of sales experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Troy University, Winston prides himself on understanding the ins and outs of how people learn. He has used that insight to successfully train and on-board multiple training classes.
Winston was also a major part in the transition of training in office, to a remote environment, going so far as to taking on training employees in other countries. Identifying how people work differently, and embracing those differences, is what makes Winston – and subsequently our new hires – so successful.
